I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this liability waiver ("Waiver") for HumbleGrounds Jiu Jitsu Academy located in the state of Florida. I understand and acknowledge that participation in jiu jitsu training and related activities involves inherent risks and dangers, including the potential for serious bodily injury or even death. In consideration of being allowed to participate in jiu jitsu training and use the facilities and equipment provided by HumbleGrounds Jiu Jitsu Academy, I voluntarily agree to the following:

Acknowledgment of Known Risks:

1. I acknowledge that I have been informed and understand that participation in jiu jitsu training at HumbleGrounds Jiu Jitsu Academy involves certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, strains, sprains, fractures, cuts, bruises, concussions, and other serious injuries. I further acknowledge that the practice of jiu jitsu includes physical contact, joint manipulations, throws, and other techniques that inherently carry the risk of injury. I understand that these risks cannot be entirely eliminated, even with proper training, supervision, and the use of safety equipment.

Fitness to Participate:

1. I represent that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in jiu jitsu training and related activities. I have no medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses that would prevent me from safely participating in such activities. If at any time I believe that conditions are unsafe or if I feel unfit to participate, I will immediately discontinue my participation.

Release of Liability:

1. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue HumbleGrounds Jiu Jitsu Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in jiu jitsu training at HumbleGrounds Jiu Jitsu Academy.

Indemnification:

1. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to my participation in jiu jitsu training at HumbleGrounds Jiu Jitsu Academy.

Medical Treatment:

1. In the event of an injury or illness occurring during my participation in jiu jitsu training, I authorize the Released Parties to obtain medical treatment on my behalf, including emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with any medical treatment.

Personal Belongings:

1. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the safety and security of my personal belongings while on the premises of HumbleGrounds Jiu Jitsu Academy. The Released Parties shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal property.

Photography and Videography:

1. I grant HumbleGrounds Jiu Jitsu Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to capture and use photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings of me during my participation in jiu jitsu training at HumbleGrounds Jiu Jitsu Academy. I understand and agree that these photographs and recordings may be used for promotional, advertising, or other purposes without compensation to me. I release all claims and rights to any such photographs and recordings and waive any right to inspect or approve their use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1. This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Waiver shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the county of Citrus, Florida.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver, including the acknowledgment of known risks, and I voluntarily agree to all of its terms and conditions.
